Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Office Manager. The Office Administrator will perform day-to-day administrative tasks including managing office supplies and equipment, providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting communication processes, and delivering excellent customer service. The Office Administrator will also assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and coordinating office activities.
Location: Attock City (On-site)
Position Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-2 years
Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resource or any other program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front office operations, client interactions, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate client records, case files, and appointment logs
- Assist with application forms, documentation checks, and visa file preparations
- Coordinate with international partners and educational institutions
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
- Support the management team with administrative and logistical tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resource or any other program.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in office administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
