Job Description
  • Assist in conducting and coordinating SHCC/PHC registrations and accreditations. Prepare PCP sites and train staff according to quality standards.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in implementing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, including:
    • Quality Management System.
    • Participating in Quality Improvement Committee meetings in assigned clinical areas.
    • Developing Quality Improvement Plans.
    • Conducting Patient Safety Walk rounds, analyzing clinical practices, processes, error reporting, and environmental factors related to patient safety.
    • Reviewing Sentinel Events and conducting Root Cause analyses as per guidelines.
    • Reviewing and investigating Mortality & Morbidity cases and preparing reports.
    • Managing and addressing patient complaints and surveys across PCP sites.
    • Analyzing, reporting, and reviewing the effectiveness of initiatives and recommending improvements (Continuous Improvement Cycle).
    • Participating in site visits to PCP sites to collaborate with staff on quality management activities.
    • Performing retrospective or concurrent reviews based on quality indicators.
    • Assisting in coordinating quality management activities with IHHN Directorates.
    • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on the Quality Management Program and compliance.
    • Providing operational support and performing other related duties as required.
