Job Specification

Basic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Professional Qualification:

  • Specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Certifications such as CCNA or MCS (preferred)

Skills:

  • Sound understanding of current trends in information technology.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and technologies.

Experience: Fresh Graduate/experience

Job Summary

The IT Trainee is responsible for providing ongoing support to the staff of Twenty-four Seven Consultancy to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of computerized client information systems and related resources. The position involves first-tier user support, addressing service interruptions, and providing guidance on IT issues, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and maintain desktop services, and monitor LAN/WAN networks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve hardware, software, and operational issues. Maintain service logs, if necessary.
  • Address IT-related requests from Twenty-four Seven Consultancy staff.
  • Install, customize, and maintain operating systems and application software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, and provide technical assistance and training to users.

Area-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, VPN, and Windows Server Active Directory Services.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
