We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our B2B SaaS platform. This role will focus on driving customer value, product differentiation, and operational scalability by aligning user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development, and will champion a data-driven approach to product innovation. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our product is competitive, reliable, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into a product roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Establish and manage a Product SLA framework in coordination with engineering and support teams to define uptime, support response times, and resolution expectations for enterprise clients.
• Partner with UX and Customer Success teams to gather feedback through usability research, surveys, and customer interviews.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to influence product prioritization and improve user experience.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product planning and development phases.

Data-Driven Product Development:

• Define and track key product KPIs such as adoption rates, churn, engagement, and NPS to inform feature planning and iteration.
• Design and execute A/B tests, cohort analyses, and other experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and refine the product.
• Work closely with BI and data teams to integrate product usage data into decision-making processes.

Agile Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Create detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories for engineering and design teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.

Operational Excellence:

• Define and implement product support workflows, escalation paths, and release processes.
• Ensure product documentation, training material, and onboarding resources are kept up to date and aligned with product updates.
• Proactively identify and mitigate product risks, including technical debt and SLA compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and define winning product strategies.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, user engagement analytics, and growth levers for enterprise products.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Optimizely).
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven features (e.g., recommendations, predictive analytics) is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile development environment with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Figma.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.

Bonus: Prior experience launching or managing a mobile SaaS application for enterprise users.
