Marketing Manager

As a key member of our team at Isarif Ecommerce Ltd, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketers to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Train and develop the marketing team in the field, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Assign tasks and manage workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, promoting regularity, punctuality, and good work ethics among team members.
Job Requirements:
  • A strong marketing background with experience in leading teams.
  • Understanding of online sales and purchase systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in the field, with a minimum of 3 months' experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of electronics, garments, and other relevant industries.
