Amazon Accounts SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Amazon Accounts Specialist to manage and optimize wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pricing strategies, account health management, and Amazon Seller Central navigation. A strong understanding of Amazon policies, PPC campaigns, and handling policy infringements is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities include:Account Management:
- Navigate and manage Amazon Seller Central for wholesale accounts
- Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
- Handle policy infringements and take corrective actions promptly
Pricing Strategies & Tactics:
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust tactics accordingly
Amazon Policies & Compliance:
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies and procedures, ensuring the account adheres to all guidelines
- Manage and resolve account suspensions, listing issues, and policy violations efficiently
PPC Campaigns (Optional but Preferred):
- Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns
- Analyze ad performance and implement strategies to improve ROI
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on account performance, sales, and inventory
- Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance account efficiency
Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth account operations
- Address client queries and provide updates on account progress
- Hands-on experience in managing wholesale accounts on Amazon
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon optimization tools
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (preferably for wholesale businesses)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and account navigation
- Basic understanding of PPC campaign management and tools
- Knowledge:
- Strong grasp of Amazon policies, compliance, and handling infringements
- Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for growth
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
