As an Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon account operations, optimizing product listings, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your role will require excellent English conversation skills as you will frequently interact with UK and US based team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
  • Optimize product listings by conducting keyword research, writing persuasive product descriptions, and implementing effective SEO strategies.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as sales volume, rankings, and customer reviews, and take appropriate actions to improve results.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including lightning deals, coupons, and sponsored product ads.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with Amazon FBA is mandatory.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent conversational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with wider team members.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics, particularly Amazon and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools for managing inventory, listings, and order fulfilment.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and product optimization techniques to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in Amazon policies and adapt strategies accordingly.
