IT Sales Executive (Entry Level)

About the Role

Softworld International is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain experience in the IT sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits, including scheduled meetings and cold calls.
  • Effectively present and promote IT products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for solution planning and seamless order processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in IT sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions such as Microsoft, Fortinet, SolarWinds, Veeam, Trellix, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and eager to build a career in tech sales.
  • Must own a motorbike for client visits.
