Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of projects across our diverse service offerings. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all client projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. While most tasks will be executed by our specialized team members, the Project Manager may occasionally need to step in to assist with project work directly. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects related to Social Media Management, Email Management, Administrative Assistance, Customer Support, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Graphic Design, and WordPress Development.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure the highest standards of work.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project progress, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
• Identify potential risks or challenges within projects and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed budget and scope.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client standards and requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the executive team.
• Continuously evaluate project workflows and processes, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a startup or freelance services environment.
• Proven experience in managing projects across the services we provide (listed above).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
