Human Resource Professional

The Health-population Department is seeking a skilled Human Resource Professional to manage human resources and ensure legal compliance within the institution.

About the Role

This role will oversee the comprehensive management of a workforce of more than 1,000 employees at DHQ Hospital, Bahawalnagar, one of the largest hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage employee relations by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, managing legal documentation and providing counsel on employment matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
  • Skills in Job Description Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site in Bahawalnagar District. Experience in healthcare or the public sector is advantageous.
