
Solar Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Solar Business Development Executive to devise and execute marketing strategies, enhance communication, and apply sales techniques to foster business growth.
Responsibilities
- Market Research: Stay informed on State Policies and manage related data.
- Opportunity Development: Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects in the C&I sector through market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry conferences.
- Client Relations: Establish and sustain robust relationships with existing clients seeking new services.
- Project Documentation: Maintain current documentation for projects and client interactions.
- Social Media Management: Regularly update the company's social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project sales for solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to tackle complex issues and proficiency with numbers and MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experience with inside sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and technical specifications.
