We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Operations Associate with at least 1 year of experience to support project execution and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in project and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects and their deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports to ensure up-to-date tracking
  • Support cross-functional teams in meeting deadlines and achieving project milestones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes
  • Monitor progress against timelines and report on project performance and risks
  • Help manage resource allocation and task assignments across projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and follow-ups
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using project tracking tools or collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to cross-functional project environments
