Job Title: Social Media Specialist / E-commerce Manager (TikTok Shop)

About the Job

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist / E-commerce Manager to oversee our TikTok Shop. Although no prior experience with TikTok Shop is required, we will provide comprehensive training.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a proven track record in social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • TikTok Shop Management: Supervise all aspects of the TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to drive sales and engagement on TikTok.
  • Live Selling & Promotions: Coordinate and execute TikTok Live selling events and promotional campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and partner with influencers to drive traffic and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, viral content, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings are optimized for conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok as a platform (experience managing brand accounts is highly desirable).
  • The ability to create engaging content and adapt to social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics and improve performance.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a dynamic, results-driven team.
