As a Unit Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic sales team focused on achieving online sales targets across various social media platforms, including Discord, Facebook, and Twitter. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to exceed sales goals.
The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding resources, as well as overseeing departmental budgets and taking informed initiatives to drive success.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize sales approaches.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
Regularly monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial parameters.
Initiative:
Take informed and strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, exploring new opportunities and markets.
Make data-driven decisions to enhance overall team performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Foster open lines of communication to encourage feedback, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas.
