As a Unit Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic sales team focused on achieving online sales targets across various social media platforms, including Discord, Facebook, and Twitter. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to exceed sales goals.

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding resources, as well as overseeing departmental budgets and taking informed initiatives to drive success.

* Preference will be given to candidates with relevant job experience (Sales on social media platforms e.g. Discord, Facebook, and Twitter).

Head and lead a sales team, providing clear direction and motivation to achieve unit and individual sales targets.

Recruitment and Training:

Identify staffing needs and actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new resources.

Sales Strategy:

Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to maximize online sales on social media platforms, with a focus on Discord, Facebook, and Twitter.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize sales approaches.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.

Regularly monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial parameters.

Initiative:

Take informed and strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, exploring new opportunities and markets.

Make data-driven decisions to enhance overall team performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Communication Skills:

Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.

Foster open lines of communication to encourage feedback, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas.
