We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and converting sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, maximizing sales potential and revenue growth.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and promotions.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up and follow-through.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, focusing on first-call resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and warm prospects as required, nurturing relationships and driving sales conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales acumen with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and call center systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Matric; Bachelor's degree holders are preferred.

Timings: 6PM-4AM (Monday-Saturday).
