Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in DHA Phase II Islamabad. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordination with creative teams, engagement with a team of marketing professionals regarding implementationof the strategies, and ensuring brand consistency. Daily tasks include creating marketing plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales and product teams, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Atleast 5+ Proven experience in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management preferably in Real Estate industry
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Team Management and Leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of indoor, outdoor, print media and Content Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the relevant real estate industry is preferred.
