Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: DHA, Lahore

Reporting to: Head of Operations (HMC)

Type: Full-time | On-site | 6 days/week

Overview:

MSJC is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to support the expansion of its legal, technical, and arbitration-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting internal business units, including international collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across legal, technical, and training sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, law firms, and stakeholders.
  3. Assist in preparing business proposals, service packages, and client presentations.
  4. Support marketing campaigns for MSJC services, including social media and digital outreach.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments (media, content, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  6. Manage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  7. Provide weekly performance reports to the Head of Operations.
  8. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums on behalf of MSJC.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in professional services or legal consultancy.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Salary Range:

75,000-100,000 PKR based on qualification, experience, communication skills, and previous performance.
