Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Experience Level: Fresh to 6 Months

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate and eager to grow their career in business development. The primary focus will be on lead generation for the Pakistani market, with the goal of building and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Clearly present and promote our services.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs.
  • Manage and update lead data in the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, confident, and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic lead tracking methods.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for business growth.
