The PSO to the CEO will serve as a critical right-hand support to the Chief Executive Officer, assisting in managing daily operations, project coordination, communication, and administrative functions. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and confidential executive environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and capable of handling both office and on-ground responsibilities — particularly at the Kharian site , where the CEO is actively involved in strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Administration

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, site visits, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize, prepare, and follow up on internal and external meetings.
  • Draft and proofread reports, emails, proposals, and presentation decks for the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for executive correspondence.
  • Act as the CEO's representative in meetings or site briefings as required.

Site Office & Project Coordination

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and the on-ground teams at Kharian.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kharian site office to ensure alignment with executive priorities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, admin, procurement, HR, and marketing teams for project updates and execution.
  • Track key project timelines, flag delays or issues, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
  • Maintain reporting systems for construction progress, budget updates, and other key deliverables.

Travel & Logistical Support

  • Arrange all logistics for the CEO's site and business travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Travel frequently with the CEO for project visits, stakeholder meetings, and business engagements.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

  • Handle sensitive company information, documents, and communications with absolute confidentiality.
  • Represent the office of the CEO in a professional manner with internal staff, vendors, partners, and clients.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with departmental heads to gather updates, prepare briefs, and report key insights to the CEO.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and delegated tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor internal correspondence, approvals, and documentation flow for executive review.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in executive support or project coordination roles
  • Prior experience in working at or coordinating with site offices is a plus
