Human Resource Specialist | Technical Recruitment | HR OperationsKey Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and maintain the Executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate local and international travel, including bookings and itineraries
- Accompany the Executive on business trips and engagements as required
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as directed
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Adapt to flexible work hours based on the Executive schedule
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or PA role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Flexible with work hours and committed to responsiveness
