ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Global Education Recruitment Director, the Senior Partner Sales Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for building and maintaining in-depth relationships with key partners in the region, contributing to their sales strategy and team leadership. They own responsibility for service experience, delivery, and profitability of these clients, aiming to achieve student enrolment and profit goals across Study Group's brands.
Sales Responsibilities:- Develop and execute country sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program inquiries, providing prompt and clear responses to maximize leads.
- Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibitions and recruitment events.
- Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity to increase in-market awareness and analysis.
- Identify partner growth opportunities and manage risk profiles through active account planning.
- Align with the company's mission, vision, values, and strategy, translating them into actionable performance goals, communication, and feedback processes.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process, people, or practical measures to enhance business performance.
- Develop and execute regional sales and account plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet enrolment targets.
- Preferred experience in B2B or Channel Sales.
- Knowledge of international education systems.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
- Cold calling experience is preferred.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales drive.
- Strong desire to achieve new heights.
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
- Flexible with working hours and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to successfully deliver sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
