About The Role

This role acts as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal, focusing on employee relations. It involves creating a positive employee experience by neutrally facilitating complaint resolutions, supporting the open-door policy, and investigating legal or employee concerns. The position reports to the HRBP Director.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and investigator for employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations of varying complexity and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Manage cases proactively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed logs and documentation.
  • Address employee concerns related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
  • Facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or legal charges.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to develop and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to strengthen organizational capacity.
  • Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in HRBP with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills.
