Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated TikTok Account Assistant to manage TikTok Shop operations, execute growth strategies, and collaborate with influencers. You will also oversee daily shop operations, engage with our audience, and handle customer inquiries. While we require candidates with 4-6 months of experience, training will be provided where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement TikTok growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Manage TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory, pricing updates, and promotions.

Analyze sales and customer data to optimize listings and drive better performance.

Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand partnerships.

Track and report on key metrics (engagement, sales, conversions) regularly.

Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies

Oversee TikTok advertising campaigns, set budgets, and optimize ads for high ROI.
