Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized TikTok Shop Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our TikTok Shop operations, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on TikTok Shop.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with TikTok Shop.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 5pm to 2am
