Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Lahore District. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for promoting our services/products, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
  • Answer inbound queries and convert them into leads or sales
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide information to clients and resolve their concerns professionally
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies
  • Update CRM or internal system with call outcomes and client feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Fluent in [English/Urdu or any required language]
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (preferred)
