Job Title Chief Financial Officer

Age Limit 32-45 Years

Location Lahore

Job Objective Overall responsibility for the functions of the Financial Services Group.

Job Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities · Overall guidance to Financial Services Functions (Accounts & Finance), including accounting, treasury, audit, taxation, insurance, special programs.

· Corporate and legal matters of TUSDEC as its Secretary

· Preparation of the annual plan of TUSDEC, including the budget

· To assist in Budgeting/Planning/Implementation of development funds for technology upgradation and skill development centers

· Responsible for providing access to financing and maintain relationship with international and national financial institutions, including donor agencies, banks, DFIs, etc.

· Financial analysis and advice to assess the viability of programs, studies, and projects undertaken by TUSDEC

· Enrichment, training, and development of the Group team

· Liaison with the federal Government for funding, related activities, and approvals

· Developing a culture of good governance, conscientious business practices, and financial responsibility within TUSDEC

· Implementation of financial rules and regulations approved by the Board and of the Government, where applicable

· To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: · Excellent written and communication skills

· Must be a team player with initiative and demonstrated ability to work in a challenging work environment

· Strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with people at various levels within the organization

· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge and understanding of Governmental financial procedures, as well as development program, is desirable

Computer Skills Proficient in MS Office and relevant financial and accounting software
