Develop and execute the financial strategy of the Group in alignment with corporate objectives.โฃ

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all business units.โฃ

Manage corporate financing, banking relationships, investments, and capital structuring.โฃ

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.โฃ

Lead risk management, internal controls, and audit processes.โฃ
