Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager in Pakistan


The role will drive planning and execution of territory business plans aligned with Area/Regional plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Achieve territory sales, market share, and availability targets. Conduct trade marketing calls in designated territory and monitor brands in outlets. Execute national brand cycles.
  2. Supervise distributor operations to ensure compliance with standards set in the distribution manual (DMM) and business plan.
  3. Build positive relationships with trade members, focusing on loyalty outlets, local trade unions, and other key outlets to gather market insights.
  4. Collaborate with distributors to improve business through people and process enhancements.
  5. Seek personal growth opportunities and mentor team members such as SPs, DRs, FSOs.

What are we looking for?

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in distribution and sales, preferably in the FMCH sector.
  3. Experience or knowledge in Trade Marketing, Customer Engagement, Account Management, and Field Operations.
