Position Overview:

We are seeking a PhD-level expert in Computer Science and Software Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide research support, paper development, and methodological guidance with a strong focus on quantitative and mixed-method approaches. This role is instrumental in assisting students in crafting robust, high-impact research papers within the domains of computer science and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students and researchers in developing quantitative and mixed-method research papers.
• Review, structure, and enhance research methodologies, ensuring scientific accuracy and rigor.
• Assist in the design and development of research models, algorithms, and software solutions as part of academic research.
• Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as machine learning, software development, data analysis, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.
• Mentor students on academic writing standards, technical accuracy, and publication guidelines.
• Collaborate with the editorial and publication teams to ensure research quality and compliance with journal requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and innovations in computer science and software engineering.
• Deliver training sessions or workshops (virtual and/or on-site) on research methodologies and technical writing when required.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method research.
• Strong publication record in reputable journals is highly preferred.
• Expertise in computer science concepts such as programming, systems analysis, machine learning, software design, and engineering tools.
• Excellent mentoring, academic writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams in a hybrid environment.
