Position Overview:

We are seeking a PhD professional in Textile Engineering who can support, guide, and co-develop research papers using quantitative and mixed-method research approaches. The ideal candidate will also possess strong computer and software engineering skills to assist students in advanced research techniques, data analysis, and publication preparation.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with both remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist students and researchers in developing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method research papers related to Textile Engineering.

· Provide expert guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

· Collaborate on research methodologies with a focus on innovation and academic rigor.

· Offer support in using specialized software and programming tools for simulations, data processing, and textile technology research.

· Mentor students in aligning their research objectives with journal requirements and publication standards.

· Ensure the scientific accuracy and integrity of the research content before submission.

· Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to meet project deadlines.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in Textile Engineering, research methodologies, and relevant computational tools.

Required Qualifications:

· PhD in Textile Engineering (completed or near completion)

· Strong background in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method research approaches

· Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, MATLAB, R, Python, etc.)

· Familiarity with computer simulations and software engineering concepts

· Prior experience in academic writing, research supervision, or publication assistance

· Excellent communication and mentorship skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
