Position: Product Manager - Financial Wellness

The Product Manager - Financial Wellness will lead, manage, and contribute to the development of JazzCash's wealth product offerings. This role is focused on designing and managing customer-centric solutions aimed at protecting and enhancing financial value for our customers. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with market needs, drive product innovation, and deliver impactful solutions to promote financial wellness.

In addition to strong product management capabilities, the candidate must demonstrate a sharp marketing and communication sense - with the ability to translate complex financial protection products into simple, relatable, and engaging campaigns. Creative storytelling, branding alignment, and customer education will be critical in driving adoption and awareness of these offerings.

1. Execute our vision and strategy for insurance, savings and digital financial protection products (Financial wellness products)
2. Develop a roadmap of financial wellness products
3. Lead the growth of our financial wellness offerings
4. Develop & execute customer-centric campaigns
5. Optimize both backend workflows and front-end customer flows on our App and USSD
6. Apply market and consumer research to influence product strategy and optimize communication channels while maintaining a consumer centric point of view
7. Work closely with technology to drive development of new digital products and features in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
8. Work closely with Marketing and brands to drive education/awareness of new digital products and features in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
9. Nurture a data-driven experimental process to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap.
10. Work with other product leads to provide a best-in-class customer experience through shared vision, customer understanding, and initiatives.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Product Expert – Investment & Insurance?

1. Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Management /Business/Marketing
2. 5+ years of experience, experience in working in Tech and Financial industry preferred
3. Managing P&L/Product Development/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG/Tech industry
4. Experience & knowledge in product management and product development
