Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Senior VoIP Engineer. The Senior VoIP Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting telephony systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the proper functioning of VoIP services. The role includes designing and implementing networking solutions to support reliable and efficient telecommunication systems, as well as proactively identifying and resolving any related issues.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience with Networking and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
