Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior VoIP Engineer located in Lahore. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support for voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems, networking, and ensuring that the systems are fully operational.

Requirements
  1. Experience in Asterisk (AGI's, AMI)
  2. Experience in Opensips deployment and development
  3. Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer
  4. In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols
  5. Excellent troubleshooting skills
  6. Troubleshooting VoIP network issues
  7. Hands-on experience with MySQL databases and scripting languages
  8. Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Networking skills
  9. Experience with voice-over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems
  10. Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telephony systems
  11. Expertise in managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting VoIP equipment
  12. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  13. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
  14. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are advantageous
  15. Experience with SIP, RTP, H.323, ISDN, and other Telephony protocols is advantageous
