Responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for all the aspects of project management (programme, budget, quality, scope, internal & external procurement & risk) for Retail Banking Project. This comprises of planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
  2. Accountable for day-to-day delivery of all tasks as expected of PM.
  3. Develop the Client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
  4. Manage (internal & external) design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the Client's expectations and budget for retail banking projects.
  5. Fully manage and liaise with local government approvals process from support of consultants and Contractors.
  6. Administer complex contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
  7. Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
  8. Develop project documentation, programme, master cost plan with cost management support.
  9. Develop Weekly Project Status Reports along with other deliverables as required for relevant stages of the projects.
  10. Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
  11. Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program.
  12. Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor's design is done in compliance with the contract.
  13. Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.
  14. Collaborate and manage client expectations.
  15. Steer and manage the schedules and budget and change orders, that are client or contractor driven.
  16. Travel as necessary for the delivery assurance of the projects.
  17. Strongly own the Project management tools for assigned projects and manage these platforms completeness and accuracy.
  18. Project Reporting on Cloud-based Project management software.
  19. Participate in PMO oversight of the cluster in terms of governance, assurance and Performance trends.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team). Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferably from Architecture or Civil Background from reputed local or International University with related experience.
  2. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  3. PMP or LEED AP qualification are preferred.
