Title: Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js)

Job Type: Part-Time / On-Site (2–3 Days a Week – Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

Experience Required: 2–3 years with at least 5 completed projects in Next.js 15+

About the Role

CarAdvisers.com, a leading auto marketplace in Pakistan, has successfully built and launched its core platform. We are now moving into the next phase—adding AI-powered features, optimizing performance, and expanding services across web, admin, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong Next.js 15+ experience to join our team and work closely with app developers, backend engineers, and product managers. This is a part-time, impact-driven role for a self-motivated professional who understands scalable frontend systems and modern UI/UX.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and expand existing frontend features using Next.js 15+, React.js, and Tailwind CSS
  • Collaborate with the mobile and backend teams to integrate AI tools and new service modules
  • Support admin panel upgrades and user-facing enhancements on the website
  • Optimize performance, responsiveness, and SEO structure
  • Collaborate in integrating Firebase and AWS-based services when needed

Bonus Responsibilities (Optional but Preferred)

  • Work with backend in Node.js and Express to troubleshoot or develop APIs
  • Contribute to cloud-based feature deployments via AWS and Firebase
  • Assist in building analytics dashboards, inventory control features, and AI-enabled recommendations

Requirements

  • Proficient in Next.js 15, React.js 19, and Tailwind CSS
  • Strong frontend architecture and component design skills
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, MongoDB, Git/GitHub
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with Node.js and backend logic
  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Dockers)
  • Experience working with Firebase (auth, storage, real-time DB)
  • Exposure to AI or ML-based tool integration in the frontend

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack, especially in Next.js 15 or newer
  • Demonstrated ability to build and ship real-world applications (at least 5 projects)
