Position Overview

We are hiring Business Developers to join our growing team on a hybrid / remote basis. This role is performance-driven and ideal for self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious individuals who are eager to build long-term careers with us.

In the initial months, your compensation will be a percentage of the business you bring in. However, upon meeting your sales targets, you'll also receive a basic salary. After completing 3–4 months, you will be considered for a permanent position with enhanced benefits and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients for FAUD Consulting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs set by the management.
What We're Looking For
  • Location Preference: Islamabad / Rawalpindi (Remote candidates may also apply).
  • Experience: Prior experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Target-driven mindset and passion for growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote flexibility.
Compensation & Growth
  • Commission-based earnings on every successful deal.
