What we're looking for:

We areseeking a detail-oriented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain our highly customized NetSuite environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical knowledge with a deep understanding of accounting and operational workflows. The administrator will serve as a key member of the Enterprise Systems team within Product & Technology, supporting internal business units such as Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in NetSuite configuration, reporting, and workflow automation, with a solid grasp of accounting principles. Experience in the renewable energy, utilities, or construction sectors is preferred.

What you'll do:

· Act as the administrator for our NetSuite environment, working through the day-to-day questions or issues that arise.

· Develop and maintain saved searches and reports to support Finance and operational teams.

· Configure and optimize custom workflows.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

· Maintain and troubleshoot user roles, permissions, custom records, fields, and forms.

· Assist in the testing, deployment, and documentation of any customization.

· Provide troubleshooting for third-party NetSuite integrations.

· Triage and resolve tickets in our service desk (Jira).

What you'll bring:

· 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a complex, customized environment.

· Proficiency in:

o Saved searches and reporting

o Custom forms, fields, workflows, and roles

o Workflow automation and approvals (especially around POs, vendor bills, and inventory)

· A solid understanding of core accounting principles and transaction lifecycles.

· Familiarity with procurement, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes.

· Experience working with NetSuite WMS or related warehouse management modules.

· Ability to troubleshoot and support SuiteScript code.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for improving business systems.

· Interest or experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
