Job Overview:

The Oracle NetSuite Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the company’s cloud-based ERP system. This position is responsible for administering user roles, permissions, and system security within the Administration module, as well as designing and implementing customizations using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, focusing on user roles, permissions, and system security within the Administration module.
  • Develop and implement customizations using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow to improve system functionality.
  • Optimize workflows and automation to streamline core business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, reporting).
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance in a cloud-based environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales) to assess needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues related to integrations, custom scripts, or user experience.
  • Support data governance, security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with NetSuite Support and external partners for issue resolution and product enhancements.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for end-users.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in NetSuite administration, customization, automation, workflow configuration, and cloud-based ERP environments.
  • Strong expertise in the Administration module, customization, automation, workflow configuration, and cloud-based ERP environments.
  • The ability to play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the company’s NetSuite system to support business operations, scalability, and efficiency.
