Location:
- Full-time - Islamabad, Pakistan (F-7 Markaz)
- This position requires you to travel Internationally to the MENA region and beyond if necessary.

Primary Responsibilities- Lead generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods such as research, social media, and networking. Maintain leads across multiple verticals, products & solutions.
- Outreach: Contacting potential clients via cold calling, emails, or social media to introduce the company's products or services.
- Qualification: Assessing whether leads meet the criteria to become valuable customers by asking targeted questions and gathering relevant information.
- Appointment setting: Scheduling meetings or demos between qualified leads.
- Market research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, personnel, and target markets to better understand potential clients' needs.
- CRM management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, leads, and prospects in the company's CRM System.
- Sales Automation: Using tools and scripts to automate processes that will create a streamlined experience for both the company and the clients.
- Developing Product knowledge: Increasing end-to-end domain knowledge to understand Cowlar's offerings, features, and benefits.
- Technical understanding: Grasp technical concepts related to their specific technology and industry.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to align messaging and with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Performance tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure there is a data-driven feedback loop that informs process improvement decisions.
- Client education: Providing initial information about Cowlar's services and effectively answering any questions regarding the company.
- Objection handling: Addressing initial concerns or questions from potential clients about the service, pricing, or integration with their existing systems.
- Commercial Material Creation: Developing compelling visual and video content to showcase Cowlar's offerings effectively.
- Effective Communication Across All Levels: Masterfully adapting your communication style to engage a wide spectrum of audiences.
General Requirements:
- Educational background is flexible; engineering or software-related field is advantageous
- High-energy individual with a consistently positive attitude
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual capable of immediate productivity

- Professional proficiency in English is required; ability to navigate professional conversations in Arabic is a significant advantage

Sales-Specific Requirements:
- Proven ability to pitch, persuade, and propagate our vision
- Natural talent for establishing and nurturing professional relationships
- Ability to create professional-grade commercial material
- Technical background highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel
- Experience in managing inbound sales inquiries and leads
- Understanding of Smokescreen MVP concepts
- Skill in qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers within target companies
- Ability to handle objections and address client concerns effectively
- Experience in social selling and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for B2B sales
Necessary Skill Set:
- Experience with Figma and Google Slides
- Experience with Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Experience and Expertise with Google Sheets
- History of using CRM & Sales Pipeline tools
- Proficiency in using sales engagement platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and improve outreach effectiveness
- Strong research skills for identifying potential clients
- Ability to create and optimize email sequences and cadences for outreach campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
