HQ-360 is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Training Specialist to join our growing team. This Hybrid position focuses on training and onboarding new hires in the Sales department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales along with experience designing and delivering training programs, especially in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and sales training programs for new hires.
  • Conduct live training sessions, role plays, and product knowledge workshops.
  • Develop training materials including manuals, checklists, SOPs, and presentations.
  • Monitor trainee performance during and after training, offering feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align training content with business goals.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are completed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales trainer, onboarding specialist, or similar role in a sales-focused organization.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and coach both individuals and groups.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM tools, and sales metrics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding batches.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
  • Professional presence and a passion for team development.

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday (1 Saturday per month required)

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience)
