The goal was to further the skillsets of technically endowed professionals, enabling them to excel in their respective fields by becoming future industry leaders. In association with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), ExD began training the Pakistani youth, in line with updated global technical advancements, to increase their chances of employability under the PM's Youth Skill Development Program.

Role Description

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of NAVTTC training batches.

Coordinate with NAVTTC, training partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Manage student engagement, enrollment, and performance tracking.

Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with NAVTTC standards.

Drive job placement and career readiness initiatives for graduating students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in TVET or youth programs.

Familiarity with NAVTTC programs and processes is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
