Cogent Labs is looking for a Customer Success Manager for its Lahore office.

Must-Have

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field
  2. 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy)
  3. Experience managing high-level clients with professionalism and driving retention
  4. Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and collaborate across teams
  5. Ability to align services (e.g., Software, AI, UI/UX) with client goals
  6. Skilled in handling escalations with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  7. Conduct regular check-ins, strategy syncs, and performance reviews
  8. Track and report key customer success metrics (NPS, renewals, satisfaction)

Good to Have

  1. Experience in digital agencies, SaaS companies, or service-based businesses
  2. Knowledge of trends in AI, Software Development, and Design
  3. Familiarity with upselling/cross-selling strategies
  4. Comfortable serving as the bridge between clients/founders
  5. Experience with independently taking success calls with customers
