
Customer Success Manager

Cogent Labs is looking for a Customer Success Manager for its Lahore office.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy)
- Experience managing high-level clients with professionalism and driving retention
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and collaborate across teams
- Ability to align services (e.g., Software, AI, UI/UX) with client goals
- Skilled in handling escalations with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Conduct regular check-ins, strategy syncs, and performance reviews
- Track and report key customer success metrics (NPS, renewals, satisfaction)
Good to Have
- Experience in digital agencies, SaaS companies, or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of trends in AI, Software Development, and Design
- Familiarity with upselling/cross-selling strategies
- Comfortable serving as the bridge between clients/founders
- Experience with independently taking success calls with customers
