
Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing a portfolio of assigned accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Proven success in sales and account management roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
