We're hiring a Graphic Designer (Karachi - Onsite)

Job Description:Job Role Main (Duties on which the candidate will spend more than 70% of his time):
  1. Lead End-to-End Content Creation
    Take full ownership of the creative process from ideation, briefing, production, review, and handoff for publishing. Ensure each piece of content aligns with platform trends, audience interest, and company goals.
  2. Creative Direction & Template Development
    Build and optimize reusable content templates (stories, viral formats, thumbnails, headlines). Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
  3. Team Briefing & Workflow Management
    Prepare clear, actionable briefs for writers and designers. Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and match the intended purpose.
  4. Content Review & Final Approval
    Review all creative outputs (visuals, text, overall production) before final approval. Ensure the content meets quality standards, brand tone, and is ready for distribution.
  5. Coordinate With Publishers
    Work closely with the publishing team to ensure the correct execution of approved content. Spot check live posts to confirm formatting, layout, and creative fidelity.
  6. Utilize AI & Creative Tools
    Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and viral content generators to speed up workflows and enhance creative quality.
Job Role Secondary (Duties on which candidates will spend less than 30% of their time):
  • Creative Performance Monitoring
    Review creative performance in collaboration with the SME and data team. Suggest improvements based on results.
  • Trend Spotting & Content Innovation
    Identify viral content trends and develop experimental formats. Recommend ideas to improve engagement metrics.
  • Team Collaboration & Creative Calendar
    Maintain alignment with the SME and project manager to meet content targets. Track creative pipeline and ensure smooth workflow.

Experience: 3 Years

Job Mode: Full-time, On-site

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Work Days: Mon - Sat (Half-day Saturday)

Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
