Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to lead and scale our creative team, focusing on high-volume, high-impact creative output. This role is about driving growth through performance-focused creative assets.

  • This position involves delivering ads, videos, landing pages, and content that fuel our acquisition efforts across digital channels.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing tactical creative campaigns that drive direct conversions and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in creative leadership roles and a strong understanding of performance marketing & conversion-focused design.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Lead the creative team to produce high-converting digital assets.
  3. Work closely with growth, brand, and product teams to optimize creatives for performance marketing goals.
  4. Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
