Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our YouTube automation team. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging visual content that enhances the overall viewer experience on YouTube channels. This includes designing thumbnails, channel art, social media graphics, and other visual assets that drive clicks and views. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, and project managers to ensure all designs align with the brand identity and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails that grab attention and boost click-through rates (CTR).
  2. Create channel art, banners, and other branding elements that reflect the identity of the YouTube channel.
  3. Collaborate with the content team to produce visuals that complement the video content.
  4. Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and other visuals for related marketing efforts.
  5. Ensure all designs are optimized for YouTube's platform and mobile devices.
  6. Stay updated on design trends, YouTube aesthetics, and best practices to improve performance.
  7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in YouTube content creation or digital media.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing work in thumbnail creation, channel art, or other digital media assets.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  4. Ability to create bold, clickable, and visually appealing thumbnails that align with YouTube's best practices.
  5. Strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and design trends.
  6. Familiarity with YouTube content, trends, and platform specifications.
  7. Ability to collaborate with a remote team and manage feedback effectively.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with YouTube channels in various niches (e.g., entertainment, education, lifestyle, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and its impact on thumbnail and visual design.
  3. Understanding of branding and its role in creating consistent channel visuals.
