We are looking for an Energetic Assistant Administrative Manager to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

A successful Assistant Administrative Manager will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we'd like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  3. Maintain and update company databases
  4. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  5. Answer queries by employees and clients
  6. Answer and direct phone calls
  7. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  8. Update office policies as needed
  9. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  10. Book meeting rooms as required
  11. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  12. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  13. Arrange travel and accommodations
  14. Schedule in-house and external events
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor's Degree in business management, marketing, finance or related.
  2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
