Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer role, located on-site in Lahore. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, demonstrating product functionality, and working closely with the sales team to drive sales. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Customer Engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations that clearly show how product solves operational, compliance, or workflow issues in the transportation industry.
- Engage in technical discovery with potential customers to understand their fleet management, driver onboarding, and regulatory compliance needs.
- Partner with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Provide post-demo follow-up materials, including technical documentation, proposal summaries, and integration recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the platform's capabilities and how it integrates with ELDs
- Act as a voice of the customer—sharing common feedback with the product and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a sales engineer, technical sales, or SaaS demo-driven sales role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
- Experience selling or supporting solutions in transportation, logistics, or fleet tech is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Ability to simplify complex features into meaningful business outcomes for clients.
Must Have
- Experience with trucking industry software (ELD Compliance software or TMS platforms).
- Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT compliance, DQF management, or fleet safety processes.
