Job Identification

We are looking for a Data Analyst to be part of our Sales Team in Lahore.

What We Expect

  • Assist in devising premium system structures for both distributor & sales teams on a yearly basis, ensuring payout calculations align with the recommended structure monthly.
  • Assist in developing RTM fundamentals to determine the appropriate RTM strategy, considering geographical and technical needs across the country, and track post-implementation gaps as per defined RTM fundamentals.
  • Monitor SFE & other RTM/MDM related KPIs nationwide to identify bottom performers and provide actionable insights to help RTM executives improve their territories.
  • Evaluate stakeholder value with finance support, including margins, discounts, etc., in the entire chain; develop benefit and cost analysis models post-implementation of RTM strategies; and assess effectiveness and route productivity, outlet selection, route efficiency, and field force compliance.
  • Rectify sales data anomalies by identifying irregularities such as abnormal calls, sales spikes, and VPO reconciliation issues over the last 12 months.
  • Support the business planning process with actionable insights to enhance overall KPIs.
