Seasonal Executive Chef - Khanpur, Pakistan

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Experience with budgeting and inventory control
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect the local culture and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners
